sunday workouts
Good morning everyone. So I got up and chased the invisible rabbit again this morning, and completed 13 miles. As you will see the rabbit beat me, but I had the last laugh. I caught up to it at the finish line, killed it and ate it I was hungry after running that long.
The only problem is now I got find another invisible rabbit for my next run. I hope everyone had as much fun as I did this morning.

not sure if I should be happy with myself or depressed. Went to the gym hoping to do at least 8 or 9 miles on the tm, ended up barely getting through 2 in 22 minutes or so. Just had nothing. Did some shoulder and leg work, and thought "man, I am an Ironman, there is no way I can leave this gym after that crummy workout". So I thought let me at least put 5 minutes on the stairs... got on the stairs and of course young muscle bound buff dude gets on one side of me, and super hotty workout girl on the other side.. Ya really think I was only gonna stay on for 5 minutes? :) well, 25 minutes and 140 floors later I felt a lot better about my workout and outlasted super hotty and buff dude . :) Still don't understand where all my stamina and energy went.
I wanted to run for 3 hours and/or 14 miles but I ran out of trail (got to the Air Force Installation - No Tresspassing sign just past mile 6).
So 2.5 hours and 12.2 miles.
