Very windy ride, west winds 18-28 mph, gusty.  Wanted this ride to run around 140-145 ave HR but ended up at 147.  I didn't want to do less that 10 mph into the wind.

46 minutes, 9.6 miles, 12.5 mph.  Not as bad as it sounds considering the wind and trying to keep HR lower. 

Have a great weekend all, Sunday is a rest day for me.

 Two hour tennis match, and it was frickin ugly, I lost, and it was playoffs. Not a good day at all. Hopefully tomorrow mornings run will be better.
