60 min on the TM @ 1.0% negative splits (7.34 miles)
40 min of strength training (back/bi/shoulders)

Did a 12 mile run yesterday at marathon pace, not used to those kind of runs yet since haven't done one on a few months, so in all my soreness today I am taking a rest day

 1 hour kick butt spin class, 20 minute brick and chest/tri routine.  Finally feeling like an in shape ironman again :)

Ran an hour plus, 5.4 miles.

I'm consistantly pacing at under 12 minute miles for longer runs so that's good. Also I didn't have to take any walk breaks. I did stop and stretch out the bad calf at the turn around point.
