4.5 on the Hamster wheel felt like I hadn't run in ages! for some reason I am starting to enjoy My Saturday Long Runs more than my short weekday runs.

5 Mile run. Planned 6 mile, but once I started I wanted to test my legs and see if I could speed up my 5K and then rolled it in for a total of 5.

I am happy with the results, but I have a long way to go.

Bike, 1+02, 14.67 miles, 14.3 mph. Had to break out the cool-cold gear. 2nd post op ride, planned to go longer so took it easier. Bit of a breeze. Not bad at all.
