Wanting to start lifting, have some questions first...

Okay so...I'm down 95 pounds since March and I'm definitely seeing results and I love it but I want to start lifting weights now.

At the moment I do 7 days of cardio for 30 minutes. There are 4 days a week I could probably start lifting on. The other 3 I can't due to my extremely busy schedule. So my question is how to start doing this?

I'm starting to have REALLY saggy skin and while I know I will have to get a tummy tuck in the future. I want to try and salvage my saggy arms and thighs. My arms have a lot of sag to them and I'm not sure what sort of exercises to do. I have a lot of work out equipment at home including weights so I don't really want to go to a trainer (can't afford it right now anyways.)

SOO... Can you all please give me some tips on how to tighten my arms and thighs? They are so flabby... It makes me so depressed to look at them. Not just exercise related tips as well are welcome. I mean putting on lotion daily does that really work? If so what's a good one to buy?

Will my age help? I'm 23...In total I want to loose 177 pounds to be at my goal of 150. I can't even imagine how saggy I'm going to be. Ugh. Help please!
