the best part about this board is that every one of us, everyone, had to start from scratch and we all know how that feels. the awkward feeling will pass sooner than you can imagine. keep it up, we look forward to seeing you post here everyday.

My first gym workout post op was a 5 min walk at 3 mph. Whether you want to run marathons, 5k's, hike trails or squat 315 lbs doesnt't matter. You had the courage to start and the courage to post about it!!!
