Just short of 10 miles, 15.5 ave and a big as grin the whole way.

I was fortunate to be on the "light weight" side of things.  Your progress is amazing and I am looking forward to your continued progress.

Congrats!

Keep up the great work.  I remember when I first started riding, 15.5 was work to try and maintain on a flat course.

That's great work 2 weeks out.

THANKS!  I just looked back at my records.  30 days and 24 lbs since my last ride.

I started riding at 250 pounds...It was hard and not pleasant.  As the weight dropped I enjoyed my rides more and more.  Enjoy the ride...
