Since I'm a single mom and it seems my kids are not too impressed, I need to tell someone the good news that I'm proud of.
I ran 5 miles tonight without stopping (I usually run 2-4 miles). I never have done this before. I ran it right at 50 minutes. I ran on a track and did 20 laps!!
Now I want to work towards 6-7 miles and hopefully get up to 10 miles. I think I could have done more tonight. My breathing was okay but my legs felt pretty heavy.
Now to lose this last 20 pounds. Also would love to have a breast reduction so I can wear a sports bra. It would be so much better when I run.
