Strength was there but NO endurance after 2 weeks off

Rode my bike to the coffee shop and back...6 miles.  Then my wife needed me to run to the bank...2 miles each way.  10 miles total for today.

Spin class for me, pushed it hard.  1 mile brick afterward.  Have to stop lifting for a bit due to.. let's call them painful issues...
