An absolutely gorgeous morning! My wife and I hit the Trails and ran 7.50 miles in 1:35:02 with about 1700' of climb. What did you do today????

Rest day for me. I can feel the 5k training and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes really take the energy from me (but I also feel amazing after training!!), so Sunday's are my day off.
Although, I did walk a few laps at the dog park while my G-Shepherd was running around like a kid cracked out on candy on halloween!
