Ortho Follow-up

Well verdict is in. Ortho said the knee is structurally sound, no tears breaks or strains. He said the reason the knee hurts is because I run 13 miles :) (sweeeet) and running is hard on the knees.... DUH! He recommends resting it for 4-6 weeks. So I will give up speed work for a few weeks but try a run to see if I can maintain my distance. He also said to cycle and swim. Like those aren't already heavy items in my future.

Needless to say I am pretty happy about the MRI results!  Now if my body would just stop wimping out and get with the program.
