Good for you! I still remember what a thrill it was to break the 5k barrier 3 years later. It's a big milestone and you are more than half way there!

60 min of Crossfit. It was a Fight Gone Bad format where you run from station to station doing stuff. I got to pick up an atlas stone and drop it over a bar, do thrusters, drag a tire with 30 pound weights added to it, do abmats (type of situp), and swing a 50 pound rope around.

I'm exhausted!

 Ugh, I missed a run this morning, and really needed the miles. To help prep me for Sunday's run. I will do my mid miles tomorrow, and hope it all works out.

Finally got back into the GYM for the 1st time in months.. Finally got my low iron situation under better control. Ran 1 mile and walked 2.5 in the afternoon, This evening.. played soccer for 1 hour with my son's team..

What a compliment! Awesome!

I'm in preliminary trainng for my first 1/2 marathon May 2012. Yoga last night for 30 min and tonight a brisk walk for 30 min.
