I started off with a 1 mile run before SPIN... It's all I had time for. finished that in 7:10... Then 1 hour Spin Class where I was NOT The teacher of (That was kind of nice), followed that with a 1000M Swim in 16 minutes and change. 100 Miler next weekend, last Sprint Tri of the year the following weekend. Have an awesome day...

2.75 mile run in 25 and change
30 minutes weights upper body.

Better than nothing so I feel good.

It held up pretty good until the end.  I shouldn't have done as much with speed as I did, next time I think I am just going to try and hold a solid 10min pace for as long as I can.  Hopefully I can get at least 6 miles in Saturday.
