Monday workouts
Started the c25k program today. I was actually quite surprised with how easily I was able to jog for the sections that required it. I felt that I could have gone a little longer, but I'm going to stick to the training plan.
So I had 30 minutes of TM time, and will also have one hour of training at my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class tonight.
Should be some good calories burned off today.
