Yasmeen,
I love the Forerunner 305. It's a little big, but I believe that mos****ches with this type of functionality are larger. I think it is really easy to setup, and the Garmin Training Center and the Garmin Connect online pages are great for uploading your information, and tracking your progress.
The watch does everything I need. As for the calorie burn. I think it's a nice feature, but I would not depend on its accuracy for monitoring how to eat during the day. The numbers I am sure are based on your workout zone, your age, your time, etc.. and are generic numbers at best, but that would be true for any watch that gives a calorie burn calculation.
It's well worth the price.
