None for me--recovering from a nasty head cold and just don't have the energy.

I hate missing my workouts when I'm sick....I feel guilty!

50 min of weights (shoulder/bi/back)

Just got my sleeve 2 1/2 weeks ago so weights are very light and on Mon Tue Thur and Fri

Cardio is 5 days a week with Wed being 15 min in zone 2 and 30 min in zone 3 using a heart rate monitor

Swam 3200M in about 58 minutes then taught and rode in my Spin Class! Maybe a lil run tonight...
