I'm fairly recovered and could run. My resting pulse rate isn't back down where it normally is though. But now it's raining and also I'm pretty busy running here and there so when I have 30 - 60 min where I can run and that happens to be a time it's raining... well, it's frustrating!

I would say 85% since when are the bodies ever 100% anymore. Take your time, you've certainly earned it.

 you're right Rob.  Its just that it seems like a long time since I woke up and didn't feel tired and sore.. and wasn't about to run an absurd endurance race.  Kind of would like to see what that feels like :)
