Tried to run 6 miles but the ol' knee disagreed. Ran 4.5 and walked the last half for a total of 5 miles. So bummed since I otherwise felt strong, pace was ever better than expected. Stupid knee!
Tue is back day, plus I use the treadmill. What I do though is I don't stand around and wait 1- 3 min then do another set. My rest for 1 to 3 min is ON the treadmill keeping my heart rate constant for the whole time.
