Monday workouts

I'm supposed to run today but I'm still a little sore from this weekends ride and it's supposed to rain.
I don't care for running in the rain, which means I have to go do it, or it will be another day of excuses and sitting on the couch.
3-4 miles is the goal. We'll see what the legs have to say about that.
