Haven't been around much of late ( dealing with some deamons) but started the week with 80 mins of weights - back/chest.

What did you do today??????

I hope you have many more good days!

I'm supposed to run today but I'm still a little sore from this weekends ride and it's supposed to rain.

I don't care for running in the rain, which means I have to go do it, or it will be another day of excuses and sitting on the couch.

3-4 miles is the goal.  We'll see what the legs have to say about that.

Rest day for me. Little sore from the 15 mile run yesterday. Not bad though.

Rode my bike to bank, coffee shop, and store.  Going was fun, but coming back will a load of groceries was tougher.  On the lighter side...It should rain this evening.  Clean up all the smog that has been hanging around Northern California for awhile!
