TGI FRIDAY WORKOUTS!!!
I have a rotating schedule at work so every 7 weeks my Friday us actually Friday. Today is my Friday! Anyway, I am about to head to the gym for 30 minutes of running (hopefully) and 30 minutes of free weights and stretching.

Taught my 5:30am Spin Class (Didn't ride today... Class was completely full and I gave up my bike) then swam 1600M in 24:18

I jammed my knee working out with my trainer, we tried a new excerise. This resulted in my proclaiming I'm no longer Jumping Jack, lots of ice for the rediculous amount of swelling and pillows for elevation, as well as a purchase of a knee support brace (I feel so old). How much swelling & pain there is at the end of my day will determine if I'll be at the gym tonight. :(

just got back from another biz trip this week, i was able to squeeze in a couple of workouts but it was pretty light. i have my last sprint tri of the season on Sunday. i expect it will be a poor result for me, but that's ok, between my various injuries and my travel schedule lately, i'm just happy to get out there and race on Sunday.

I will be heading to the gym once my hubby walks through the door but I have already gotten my 3 mile walk in, I guess it would be considered a warm up before I attack the gym. I find myself with more energy and strength when I walk in the mornings before I head to the gym. I just wish I had a dance class instead of hitting the treadmill or bike. I get bored fast. Guess I better upload some really great music before I go. Hope everyone has a wonderful workout to start off their weekend.
