Whoa... 9:40pm on Wednesday and NO Workout thread? Whaddup wiff dat??? I taught the last Back to Back Spin Class of the year for me. 42 Miles in a couple hours. What did you do today???

I got a run in before work, so glad I did because I had to work late and I am really trying to run 3 x week and cross train 2 x; I am on track so far!

I was going to start the thread, but I'd only done half of my workout... the downside of being on the West Coast, I guess.

I started out running at noon. It was hot and miserable and I only got 3.17 miles in.

Then I went to my normal coached swim workout that I haven't been to in about 2 months... except on the way I got an email it had been cancelled. I was close to my gym so I turned around and went there. But it turns out 6:30pm is the absolute worst time to swim laps. My lane ended up with 6 people in it, 4 of which were more interested in socialing with each other than swimming. So I gave up and sat in the hot tub. I think I got in 1300 yards first.
