Okay so how do you get a picture down to 20K. Take it in black and white. :) I would love to post an Avatar, but not clever enough to get the picture small enough. No matter how much saving and re-saving in different formats, quality, and sizes.
it takes work but if you use the resizer site in the help section it isn't as hard.
