What do you use for muscle aches and joint pain?

If you have muscle soreness from working out, it's good not to take NSAIDs or even Tylenol. Those products will lessen your fitness gains, negating your hard work!
That's why, even though I can take NSAIDs with my surgery type, I use ice and compression.
I only use NSAIDs for racing to be able to race through the pain of an injury.

I have tons of trouble with my knees so for me I Elevate and Ice them. Other than that I enjoy the fact that I am sore from doing something healthy. Thinking about why I am sore is usually good for a laugh.

Be careful of topical NSAIDs, guys. They can still give you ulcers because NSAIDs are systematic. Now, the risks are less than if you swallow them since a lot less gets in your blood stream. But they aren't 0%.
