I just started jogging but my nose is RUNNING!
So, I need some assistance on the nose running issue! It has gotten cooler here and everytime I walk/jog, my nose runs like crazy!! Do you carry something to constatnly wipe your nose with, use a sleeve or what????? This may be completely trivial, but if you have a suggestion it would be appreciated!!

It mostly happens to me on the bike. Which is why I started wearing bike gloves again. Yuck, I know.

I don't normally have the running nose problem except during the typical pollen seasons. When they start harvesting around here, it gets a bit worse. I have learned to anticipate those times and take an OTC non-drowsy antihistamine but even then on the bad days I get a little of the runny nose and slight tightening of the throat. Being on the bike out in the middle of no where...well, you get the idea. LOL
I've been known to use my sleeve or wristband.
