Tuesday Workouts

Did a quick 30 minute run around my hood just now.  I felt good, knee held up and I felt fast (well, at least by my standands) but my Garmin disagreed.  I had to change the battery in my footpod this morning and apparently it takes time for the device to learn your cadence.  For the first half of my run it was giving me 16 and 17 minute pace calculations.  I'm pretty slow but even for me that was just unbelievable.  Towards the end of my run it straightened out but it still gave me a horrible average pace and total mileage.  Have y'all had this same trouble?  I'm using a FR60.

Did a 7 mile run in the wee hours of the morning

I have a Garmin FR305 and I don't even own a footpod, I just use the standard GPS to measure distance and I run train by heartrate as opposed to cadence.

Probably a "rest day" even though I just rested on Saturday and Friday. Stayed up way too late last night having a "serious discussion" (which didn't end well so I am trying not to emotionally eat today) with my DF and if I am not in bed by 10:30 I can't function to get up at 5am to make it to my total body class (which is the class I was suppose to take today)...My next option was to start the C25K program but it's been raining non-stop for 2 days so that's going to be tough...so maybe some boxing with the little man on the wii or something.

Ran a ton of errands on my bike today.  Went to the flea market for a massage ($10.), bank, coffee shop, 99 cent store (bought a small watermelon and some generic pedilyte (weighted a ton...At least it felt like it in my backpack), dropped stuff off at some friends house, went to the doctor's office and got a flu shot.  About 7 miles total...but in the heat of the day.

Stationary bike for 60 minutes, 14.03 miles. I didn't check MPH, but my RPM's were averaging 95....excluding the four times I had to stop for a few seconds to wiggle my toes because they went numb (which is normal...and I hope goes away as my rump does!)
