60 min spin class (pretty rough one today, AT interval pyramid)
followed by a quick 1 mile brick on the TM
45 min weights (chest/tri)

 Spin class, 30 minutes of intervals on the adaptive motion machine and a back/bi/abs session.  Felt awesome.  Feel like I am close to back!  Let's see how I recover now :)

 3 Mile run at lunch, and swimming this evening in about 45 minutes. Okay finished my swim. I did 200 meters. Not a lot, but a good start for me, since I was able to swim the length of the pool. Still learning.
