Saturday Workouts!!!
Did 4.5 miles in about an hour this morning! So excited...prior to today the most I had ever run was last Sunday when I did 3.5 miles in 51 minutes. So, I improved my mileage and my pace. Woo hoo!

I have a request... I see a lot of people putting X miles! as their exercise. Um, X miles of WHAT? Walking, running, biking, swimming?? Obviously, it's not a big deal not to know, but I think helps to get to know people to know what they do for exercise.
