Yes most of us spent our lives abusing our bodies in unhealthy ways.  Now we still abuse our bodies but in a more healthy way.

I think comming from where we have the desire to do more sometimes overrides our common sense and we end up paying a price for it.  We learn are lessons and when we forget our bodies remind us.

I'm hoping that 2 days between races will be enough for me since I went all out last night and have never raced a 15K distance.

 Starting to expand my distances, ran 4 miles at lunch, and felt smooth.

Nope, nothing here.

I had 6 hours of school after work.  Thursdays are just a death march from sunrise to sunset.

The first time you do something - It's going to be a personal record!

I did a total body class again...Included weights for biceps,tris, chest and shoulders, ab work, LOTS of squats and last and my most favorite thing (never tried this before) but steps on the little bench thing. Not quite sure what that is called but she made it a lot of fun!!

2 miles in 30min not a lot but better than nothing!!!

Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 3 Sprint Triathlon done. 2 Olympics and my  First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!
