Stationary bike for warm up
Shoulder presses, lat pull downs, seated rows, bicep curls, tricep stuff...a whole bunch of stuff involving dumbells and what are now jello-arms

And boxing with kicking

 30 minute cycle sprints. Tomorrow is a longer day for running.
