WEDNESDAY WORKOUTS YA'LL!!!!
So, I got a call late last night from a buddy who teaches Spin, asking if I could cover for him this morning at 5:30, so I did, simply because teaching back-to-back Spin Classes tonight will not be enough... LOL! So, I taught that morning class, have back-to-back classes tonight, took the new doggie for a 2 mile walk and will get some running in today on my "FREE" time...

I only had time for a 30 minute run this morning so I tried to speed up a bit and was soooo excited when I got home to see that my pace was 12.33. For me, that's excellent. I usually run between a 13.56 and 14.40 pace. I love when I surprise myself like that, it gives me so much confidence. I still have two weeks to sign up for our local 10k and get the early bird discount but I'm pretty certain I'm going to do it. The race isn't until Nov. 12th. I think if my knee keeps feeling okay, I can be ready.
