 2200 yard swim and shoulders + abs.  Somethings about wearing an ironman shirt in the gym makes you have to work that much harder :)    Soccer later tonight.

 3 hour tennis practice tonight. I have my first swim lesson Friday night, in prep to begin Olympic TRI training for next season.

I feel a half IM next season if I can get the swim down. (not a good swimmer).

30 minutes on the elliptical on Hills Plus (whatever that means). Relatively easy pace, enough to sweat, but not out of breath. I'm starting the Hal Higdon half marathon training program to get ready for the Inaugural Tinkerbell half marathon at Disneyland in January.

Got back to the gym today for the first time since the weather got nice. I must say that I really like the TM. There is something simple about it. Set it and go.

I've been off for a week...work and cold.  Rode my bike to the flea market for a massage.  Later rode to the coffee shop and back.  About 7 miles total.
