Tuesday workouts
30 minutes on the elliptical on Hills Plus (whatever that means). Relatively easy pace, enough to sweat, but not out of breath. I'm starting the Hal Higdon half marathon training program to get ready for the Inaugural Tinkerbell half marathon at Disneyland in January.

Got back to the gym today for the first time since the weather got nice. I must say that I really like the TM. There is something simple about it. Set it and go.
