Quick Question...
I wear and swear by compression gear. For me there are multiple benefits aside from just holding it all in. It also keeps a lot of chafing from happening on the longer runs and rides, and more importantly, it provides a lot of back support. When I do a long ride without the gear my back is aching much worse than when I wear it.
I get mine, though I think its more dude oriented, from http://www.easyliving100.com/servlet/StoreFront

I just let mine flop. One time I got into a nice rhythm and there was a good beat going. I don't attribute my back pain to the extra although maybe I should.

Mine flaps worse on the bike! Well, it's not my panus that flaps. It's this bit of skin above my belly button. Flap, flap, flap.
Like everyone else, I use compression gear to help reign things in.

Like others I wear compression garments both tops and bottoms. I wear as tight as I can and still breathe comfortably. Kohls always has them onsale for like have of what UA sells them for.
