advice needed: on the go chafing treatment
so my boyfriend and I lube up all our chafey parts before a long run. I use a sports glide stick, he uses his "butt butt'r" since he's used to that from cycling. So far, the glide is working fine on me for the full length of all my runs.
He is a heavy sweater though, and on some of our long runs feels like he would like to reapply on the go midway thru a long/marathon. He's had some nipple issues after a couple of hours.
Does anyone else carry something in a waist pack? Would the Vaseline brand lip balm work? We're trying to think of the least awkward thing to carry that will WORK. little baggies of butt butter or glide seem like a pain in the butt, and wonder if someone has a "travel size" solution.
Would he be better off using glide instead of "butt'r"?
Thanks for an advice!!

You can get small packets of the biking Gels at the cycling stores. Looks like a G.U. packet.
I have a local source that imports real shea butter. I like to use that to start my long rides.
Then I will use a more commercial product. I found a couple travel size packages of udder cream that I use for reapplying follow up doses.
