5 miles in 1:25 (I'm reeeaallly slow). I took G2 and a GU gel with me (along with my usual ice water) this time, and I think it really helped. I usually get headaches on my Saturday run, but no headache so far.

Me too Michelle!  I would love to work on my pace but right now I'm just working on adding a few minutes to my run time each week.  Are you working on your pace?  If so, do you have any tips for me?  My pace for my long run (51 minutes) this morning was 14.47...

 fun local 8k for me, the Montgomery Day 8K for the United Way.  Last year I did it 2 minutes+ faster, but like I said similarly on Facebook, 1.  I just did an Ironman 2 weeks ago, and 2. Did I mention I am an Ironman? I also rode the road bike to the church picnic and back, about 10 miles.
