happy friday peeps!

ran 5K on the TM, then did 60 minutes of weights (shoulders/bi/back)

first time running in 2 weeks, so far so good (but crazy sluggish today).

Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

I ran 3.1 miles this morning.  It took about 4 hours but it's the farthest I have gone since the Mt. Washington Race.  I need to get more consistant and kind of regret ending my streak on Jan 1.

Taking a rest day, have only been doing short distance stuff since ironman, but legs feel really fatigued.

Hot a new pair of running shoes "Brooks Ghost 4". I really like them. Big Peach Running Company for the win. Very helpful and patient with me. Took them out for a quick mile run, and they feel really nice.

Monday I start my 1/2 Marathon training. Need to find another 5K to run and a 10K as well as part of training.

Will probably due some biking tonight. Maybe an hour of sprints or so.

Paul, have not scheduled it yet. I 'm just starting running again. So I guess it would make since to get a 10k done, and then 1/2 next. My guess would be I will be ready by November, December time frame. I am a terrible runner, short strides mae for a lot of steps.
