I have been walking about 2 miles a day and then every other day I walk 3.2-3.5 miles.  Today I hit the 3.2 mile marker and got the coolest feeling....kinda like I could do anything....and heck ya, I was going to go for 4 miles today.   I really felt like I could walk all day.  I stopped at 4miles, but what a great feeling!!!!
