Did a 40 minute run in that awesome cool morning air. It was great. My knee didn't bother me at all. Perfect workout.

Walked 4 miles
Road bike 8 miles
20 minutes of water exercises in my hot tub after the bike ride.
Working the 3-11 shift now and I hate day time TV (no cable either LOL) finding my mojo back with exercising. Loving my new job and looking forward to colder weather and will get back to the gym doing Spin, Butts and Guts, Zumba and water aerobics. For now I will embrace the crisp cool mornings for walking and riding my bike.
4 deer crossed the road in front of me today. I love living in the country.
