Support bra advice
I am just now starting to jog and am a 36DD. I have had an Enell Sports bra for several years. I used to ride horses and was VERY self conscious about the bouncing!!! It is pricey, but it is worth it. Runners world had a recent poll on sports bras, you might try their website along with the other great advice from these folks!

I'm a 36D and advice I got from a chiropractor (since I not only worry about motion but also a chronic back problem) and she said that the best thing I could do is get the smallest compression bra I could fit into.
No, it's not the most attractive way to position the twins, but I'm ok with the uni-boob for running if it means not throwing my back out.
So, I buy Chamption sports bras from Target. They are like $16.00/ea. they are moisture wicking and they hold me down. I'm wearing size small, and there is very little motion.

I was 38DD when I started running earlier this year, and what has worked for me is a Moving Comfort Maia bra with an Everlast stretch bra over it hold everything down. The Maia bra holds things up and in, and the Everlast bra keeps it all from jiggling. :)
The Maia bra is a little too big for me now (time to go shopping!), but as long as the Everlast bra is fairly snug, it still holds things in place pretty well.

I also wear two different bras and keep those floppy jaloppies flat! I picked up the two pack Champion bras at Costco - one size smaller than I am now - and wear them both at the same time. I've thought about getting a medium, but I have trouble when sports bras are too small causing excruciating muscle pain over my shoulders. Right now, I don't have the $$ to invest in some of the nicer running bras, but what I've got is working.
