Monday - LABOR DAY Workouts!!!
I lifted this morning. Shoulders, abs, and tri's. I followed that with 4.75 miles and 222 flights of stairs on the stair master in 40 minutes.

3rd day in a row of nada, niente zip. I was riding high last week having some decent workouts, but it all hit me this weekend. Learning the body does not like to recover from a hard workout the week after ironman... I had done a medium chest/tri lifting session last thursday.. and here I am still in agony from doms! learned the lesson..
I walked around Six Flags all day.
