2 mile run, 100 pushups, 100 situps, 5 minutes jump rope, 15 minutes stretching, 30 minutes weights on chest/back.

Rode my bike to the coffee shop.  Went to the bank and the line was almost out the door (Labor Day weekend on a Friday and the 2nd day of the month).  May go to the bank on my bike this afternoon.

Spin Class this morning, and I am sure I will be doing a TON of walking today and this weekend. We are hunters and bird season opened yesterday so that means we will be walking fields, fields, and more fields (the ones that aren't flooded anyways).
