Thursday workouts
Total Body Class = OUCHY!!! We jogged about 3/4 of a mile and some of it was with a resistance band around me while someone jogging behind me was pulling on it! Yikes, but it was fun lol. That's the most I have jogged in about 10 years! And we did lots of leg work today and work with the body ball. So it was a tough class today and I am still super sore from that class on Tuesday! Can't wait for my rest day =)

chest and tri plus abs. My first lifting session in months. Felt awesome. Ran on the TM for about a half mile, heart rate felt like it was too high even though I was only doing 10 minute mile pace, so I figured I am not quite ready yet to do too much cardio (although I did play soccer last night :) )
Generally the advice is to wait 3 weeks after an IM to start back to running.
I'm not sure if I'm going to do anything or not. My bike is back from Canada and where I pick it up is 10 min. away from our Thurs. group bike ride but I'm not sure I want to do this week's route. It's the Hill Route!
