Do not be intimidated!!
fabulous post Sue! Just the fact that someone who is just starting their healthier lifestyle finds our forum and finds motivation is something to be celebrated.
Someday I may be a triathlete. Someday I may be an Ironman. But I cannot imagine either of those accomplishments feeling as victorious as running across the finish line of my first 5k or the victory that comes from WANTING to get out of bed early mornings to go run or strength train.
All of our steps are to be celebrated and I think we all do a fabulous job of making sure everyone is aware of that. And like a family, we celebrate all milestones.
