All ya need is the nod & the wink followed with the words, "I knew you would do it bro."

There is no greater pain, yet no greater feeling than what you just did.

NOBODY can EVER take away what YOU did on Sunday... No matter what happens in life, you will ALWAYS be, an IRONMAN. Maybe not because you had the fastest time, but because you had the heart and determination to look at an almost insurmountable challenge, and get right up in it's face and tell it that I AM BETTER THAN YOU! You are a hero to me and so many more than you could even possibly imagine, most importantly to your beautiful family, brother!

Now, recover well, recover smart, and remember...

"The greatest reward for doing, is the opportunity to do more"...

it is amazing!  On the tummy.. no appetite yet.  Strangely enough, I gained 8 pounds from before the race.  How crazy is that?  And with all the "movements" during the race too.  I'm a bit dumbfounded by that one.

Awesome report Andrew! Between yesterday and today I have read it twice.

It was great meeting you over the weekend and hanging out with you and your family. It calmed my nerves a little.

Glad I found you in the run, after not seeing you or Dan all day, I was feeling really alone.

Awesome job IRONMAN! You set a goal and met it! You will always be an IRONMAN!

By the way, I was one of the "flatlanders" riding my brakes down the hills, I'm sorry, it was my first time ever doing hills, and I was scared
