i get on a plane tonight for ireland and then to england on wednesday (home on friday), it's going to be tough to get any workouts in with all the travel, but i'm going to make my best efforts.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

3-mile run. I was real tired after hurricane clean-up. Luckily our three iron man success stories helped to reinvigorate me.
