OK, after surviving the earthquake on Tuesday, got out early this morning for a nice 6-mile run.

Will do P90X+ upper body and abs tonight in the basement where it is somewhat cool.  That 4 mile run last night almost killed me.

100 pushups, 100 situps, 2 mile run, one mile bike (very fast), 15 minutes stretching and 45 minutes arms/back/chest on weights.

60 mins of weights - shoulders
Was going to run as well but just feel 2 beat up to do it.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

60 min weights (shoulders/bi/back)

schedule calls for 8 miles today. managed 5.77 on my dinner break.  will try to get the rest in after work, if I don't get out too late!
