heading back for 45 mins of weights at lunch - legs
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

40 minute run around the 'hood this morning. Wish I would have had time to try to longer but I refuse to get up any earlier! Had to get up at 4:15 just to get the 40 minutes in...

Last week I was at the beach and the weather was perfect!  I got in several runs along the water....I wish I could do that every day!!  We are actually looking into buying an investment property there so I will be able to go more often.

On Thursday I danced the night away at a State line bar called the Florabama.  We had a blast, and it was an awesome workout!!

Tonight I'll run with DD and the grand puppy.

35 mins on the elliptical today, plus some weight lifting.  Today was an easy day.  My legs are sore.

3 mile run, 1.5 mile walk, .5 mile run. (I ran the long way to the ice cream shop and then got a cone to go!)
