Tuesday Workouts
Last week I was at the beach and the weather was perfect! I got in several runs along the water....I wish I could do that every day!! We are actually looking into buying an investment property there so I will be able to go more often.
On Thursday I danced the night away at a State line bar called the Florabama. We had a blast, and it was an awesome workout!!
Tonight I'll run with DD and the grand puppy.

3 mile run, 1.5 mile walk, .5 mile run. (I ran the long way to the ice cream shop and then got a cone to go!)
