15 mile run/walk this morning.  Longest "run" for me ever!  and we lived!

great job on the 15, that is awesome.  you must have a marathon coming up before the goofy to be ramping up this soon....

i PR'd my sprint tri by just about a minute, wasn't a spectacular race for me, but i'm pretty satisfied given that i couldn't put any speedwork in due to my injury/recovery. 
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

I had a nice early morning run with DH of 3.5 miles.
I am so impressed with Sue's 15 miles and Bill's event that he took a minute off of!

2 hours of tennis. I think I have a little bug, so held off on the bike. We'll see tomorrow.

Cycled 25 miles in 1:10:22 just under 21.5 MPH Pace and then Bricked an easy 5K in 26:45. SO READY FOR IRONMAN TO BE HERE NEXT WEEK!!!!

Rode the bike to the coffee shop and store.  Came home with a good sized melon in the backpack...About 3 miles each way...
