Hi guys. Its my first time posting on here I was looking for some help. Im just about two months post-op, as far as working out goes I've been doing a lot of cardio...running, elipticals, etc. but now im at the point where I feel i need to start weight training. Its been a long while since I've touched any weights and Im just looking for some tips with developing some kind of a workout regimend. Im really inexperienced and don't want to go about it the wrong way, so any help would be great
Thanks
Will

Sounds like you belong to a gym. If so, the people who work there should give you a free lesson on the equipment and set up a program for you. Of course, they'll try to talk you into a series of trainer sessions. That's not necessarily a bad idea, but you don't have to do that if you don't want to.
