Wednesdat workouts
45 min of spinning (new instructor today and I felt like she was trying to kill me off lol jk but wow!!!) She even had us doing pushups on the bike (one handed by the way) while moving! But anyways I got through it with a whole lot of pep talking to myself all the way throught lol =) that was by far the most intense spin class I have been to. It was harder than my very first time!
I also have a 60 min zumba class tonight which I am very much looking forward too!!

Rest day that didn't fit into my schedule. Doctors appt. and Lab draw that was manadtory fasting. Hoping to maybe get a run on friday morning.

Ran a fast 5-mile (45 minutes). Beat my best time at this route by seven minutes. My running buddy thought I was showing off since her girfriend was running with us. I told her I just need to stay ahead of the two of them, so no one thought I was chasing two attractive women at 4:30 in the morning. It felt better being chased.
